Powerball detergents are ideal for cleaning most tiles, grout and flooring surfaces. It cleans without using any chemicals, salts or abrasive solutions. Powerball Detergent – Cleaning Your Finish
Make sure to read the instructions carefully and follow them closely. Do not use more than what is instructed. Never let Powerball detergent come into direct contact with any wood surfaces. If so, it will strip the finish right away. Once the stain has disappeared, scrub the floor as directed.
For stubborn stains, Powerball detergent can be used together with another product such as Liquid Detergent or Soft Clothe Spot. Using detergent that is too harsh will only make the stain worse. If the stain is stubborn, Powerball is not a good choice. Concentrated bleach solutions are also available from most home improvement stores.
After you have thoroughly cleaned your floor, it must be dried thoroughly. Use Low-Dryer Therapy to set the floor aside. This is easily done with an egg timer or a hairdryer. Use a floor mat to catch any residue that might fall onto the rug or carpet. Protect your investment by keeping your Powerball detergent stored in a safe place, such as a cupboard or cabinet.
When your Powerball is finished cleaning the floor, allow it to dry. This might require you to lay the rug out in the sun to dry. It may not be necessary to do this if your rug is washable. If it is, you should place it in a dryer on low until it is dry. Let it air dry completely before placing it back onto the floor.
