3 foods you would never think would make you fat that you eat all the time

Unfortunately, today’s foods come in so many different varieties and in so many different packages, that it is often impossible to really know which foods are good for you and which are bad for you.

What I’d like to do for you here is talk to you about some foods that many people don’t see as unhealthy and that can actually have a very negative effect on your physique.

Generally, these foods tend to be high in carbohydrates, which when not used in your body turn directly into fat.

Alright, let’s do it right too!

The first food that is probably the most damaging to your physique that most people don’t realize is rice. Rice in all its forms, but the worst is undoubtedly white rice. Most people feel that Chinese food, for example, is not too bad for you. And it’s not, if you’re eating it right after or just before a workout when your body is in dire need of carbohydrates for energy. In any other situation, you are basically eating fat.

Sushi is something in this category that people, even those who know that rice is high in carbohydrates, commonly eat without realizing how bad it is for you. Although a sushi roll is probably not enough to be a bad thing, if you eat 8 or 10, that’s a little extra calories that you don’t want.

Another food that people often ignore for being unhealthy is pasta, in all its forms. Pasta is chalk packed with sugars and other fat-inducing nutrients that you probably want to keep out of your body unless you’re in a post-workout state.

Some foods that people usually eat that are actually much worse for them than they think include spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, even vegetable lasagna, is really bad for you.

The last thing I want you to notice is bread. Again, this is a food that is incredibly high in carbohydrates that your body just doesn’t need. Think about whether it’s worth those extra calories the next time you have a panini from Panera or a sandwich from Subway. Even those healthy subs with less than 500 calories still get a high ratio of carbohydrates to other nutrients, something they would be better off without.

The main point, which I am sure you are beginning to see, is that there are many foods that are much higher in carbohydrates than you might think at first glance.

What I would like you to learn from this article is that it is important to know what you are eating. If you really want to have a good diet, you need to know that carbohydrates are NOT conducive to fat loss, which is probably your end goal.

I hope you enjoyed this simple guide to help you get started losing fat. I hope I have opened your eyes to some of the things you may be doing wrong.
