The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the larger pavilion with a guest bedroom below. Both bedrooms are very spacious with luxurious en-suite facilities and luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom features a vaulted hardwood ceiling and a private balcony and is accessible via the villa’s exterior staircase. The living room canopy has a comfortable sofa that sits in front of a large flat screen TV with a home theater system, DVD and satellite. Behind this entertainment area is a modern kitchen with all modern conveniences. Like all the villas in the development, the central focus is an L-shaped pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by modern outdoor furniture and lush tropical gardens.
The 3-bedroom villas are built in a similar layout to the 2-bedroom villas, although the larger pavilion contains two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which share a spacious bathroom.
The 4-bedroom Plumeria Place villas are equipped with 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom with two single beds and another single bedroom. Here the master bedroom is located in its own separate pavilion and the single bedroom is accessed via the pavilion off the living room and kitchen.
