How to use voicemail broadcast to increase traffic to your website

The truth

Be honest, don’t you really think that the top earner in your business is building a great team by calling family and friends to join your business?

So how can you add hundreds of people to your organization daily or weekly virtually on autopilot?

Many of you have made an honest effort to grow your business online or offline, but have not reaped the rewards of success.

You may even wonder at some point “what are the best gurus in network marketing doing to grow great teams”.

There’s one thing I know for sure that a lot of top earners are doing that may surprise you. This information was made public to me a few months ago during a training call with a well known internet marketer. I can tell you that when he said this I almost fell out of the meat.

The one thing most network marketing “gurus” do to grow a great team is buy voicemail broadcasting.

There it is… right there for you in black and white.

The purpose of this article is to review voicemail broadcasting and how it can increase traffic to your website and generate thousands of dollars in sales for your business in almost a matter of minutes.

Voicemail Transmission Explained

Voicemail Broadcasting is by far the most effective, easy to use and cost effective lead generation tool that you can use to grow your business.

Voice mail broadcasting allows you to deposit thousands of 30-45 second messages about your business, product or service to your voice mail prospects.

Simply record a 30-45 second voice message that prompts your prospects to want to learn more about your business. Your prospect has the option to press #1 to receive more information about your product or they can press #2 to remove it and add it to their Do Not Call List.

There are usually two types of recorded messages. A live message would be to a potential customer who answers the phone. This message would usually instruct the caller to press number one to be transferred to a live operator. An automated message would give the caller a bit more information and could include the company’s website.

Once the message is recorded, it will upload a list of phone contacts to your selected system and hit send. It’s really that simple.

What should you look for in a voice transmission system?

Voice mail transmission has long been a service used by large companies and individuals with deep pockets. Companies were paying thousands of dollars for equipment to launch their campaign. Even today there are services that will charge you thousands of dollars to access their system and .15-.20 cents per connected call. For many marketers, this is simply too expensive.

Many voicemail relay systems come with free MLM and/or Business to Business leads; however, I recommend purchasing premium leads and uploading them to the system.

When researching which voicemail delivery systems to use, you want to review the following checklist to ensure your service is profitable:

What time is the right time to call a potential customer?

Pay attention to the time zone of your prospects. You don’t want to call prospects too early in the morning or too late at night. 9 am – 5 pm would be considered a decent time to contact prospects.

How to handle negative calls or messages

You will get people who prefer not to receive calls. If you set up voicemail, it can also serve as a classifier to give your prospects more information about your business, product, or service. People who don’t want to receive your message will either press 2 or leave a message telling you to remove them from your list. If you get a live call from a prospect asking to be removed from your list, just be courteous and let the person know you’re adding them right away. Be sure to write down the phone number of potential customers and add them to your Do Not Call List if your voicemail relay service provides one. Another suggestion would be to hire a telephone answering service to act as a buffer. You can set up your voicemail broadcast to forward calls to a live operator (answering service). The answering service can transfer only qualified prospects to you who are interested in learning more about your business, product, or service.

Voice mail broadcasting is used by all types of businesses and can be an essential tool in helping you develop prospects, customers, or leads for your business. I have received recorded calls from other online merchants, politicians, doctor’s offices to remind me of an appointment, and car dealers. Adding a voicemail relay system to your marketing arsenal will help take your business to the next level.
