It can be a beheaded, a serial killer, the ripper, any image you can think of. Paste on your windows and have that creepy effect, especially at night when you turn on the lights.

Creepy crawlers are a staple when it comes to Halloween. You can buy small chandeliers and creatively place them on window shades, stairs, above doors and entryways, as well as on tables.
