  • 6 large bell peppers

  • 3/4 kilogram of raw ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups cooked wild rice

  • 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cut the top off each bell pepper and remove the ribs and seeds. Combine ground beef, 1/2 can of tomatoes, egg, cooked wild rice, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Fill each pepper with the mixture and place the peppers inside a slow cooker, stuffed side up. For the vegetable broth over the pepper, add the remaining tomatoes to the pot. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high heat.

What do you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram of ground beef

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 onions, chopped

  • 1 package of cornbread mix

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 can of enchilada sauce

  • 1 cup of mixed shredded Mexican cheeses

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Transfer the meat to a slow cooker and add the onions, black beans, tomatoes, corn, enchilada sauce, and cilantro to the pot. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low heat. When ready, mix the eggs and cornbread mixture together in a bowl and pour the mixture into the pot. Cook for 1 more hour. Sprinkle with cheese and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs

What do you need:

  • 3/4 kilogram fully cooked frozen meatballs

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Mix garlic, ketchup, honey, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Place the cooked meatballs in a crockpot and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat. Cover and cook for 4 hours over low heat, stirring occasionally.
